Rio de Janeiro! At seven o’clock in the morning we started a 45 minute’s exercise on the beach. We ran barefoot along the sea from Copacabana to Sugar Loaf and back. Feeling on top of the world! On Sunday’s the people from Rio, young and old, all exercise on the boulevard of Copacabana while the streets are closed for traffic. Afterwards we went to the Ipanema hippie market. This market is always on sunday near Ipanema Boulevard. We visited the famous stairs of Lapa (also known by the video clip of Michael Jackson ‘They don’t care about us’) and discovered Santa Theresa area. Drinking caparinha’s at sunset on the beach of Copacabana is such a nice part of the day. In the evening we headed to restaurant Zaza in Ipanema. What a wonderful day we had!
New York

Los Angeles

We started with breakfast in Le Pain Quotidien in Manhattan Beach. In the late afternoon we sipped a glass of wine on the roof top of Loews hotel, afterwards went to Sunset Boulevard and Beverly Hills and ended our evening in the Grove…a busy schedule!

A photo shoot in our white convertible with a nice view on Redondo Beach and the Ocean.
Los Angeles

Arrived in Los Angeles for the first time together. The start of a beautiful friendship leading to the creation of Don’t Disturb The Sheep! We drove our white convertible directly to Target. There we amused ourselves with all the Halloween stuff. It was lovely to experience how it felt to be a banana ;-)! At Manhattan Beach we had a nice glass of wine in restaurant The Strand House. We celebrated our first trip together.
