Late in the afternoon we went to Chinatown and wandered around. Delicious diner in Ann Siang Hill at Lolla and looked around in the fun hip neighbourhood. Having a Singapore Sling is a ‘must’ in Singapore.
Getting used to the heat and time difference we explored a new district Tiong Bahru where we visited Bloesem. Later on we went to Dempsey Hill to the hip PSCafé and MOCA, the modern museum of contemporary art.
Saturday is a good day to visit the old biscuit mill in Woodstock. Woodstock is an upcoming district in Capetown. Every saterday you can visit the old biscuit mill’s saturday market. Absolutely worth a visit. Delicious beefroot- and butternut tarts with goat cheese and bacon, nice muffins, coffee and good wine. Just join!
Visited Stellenbosch. We went to Tokara for wine and olive oil tasting. Then we put on our high heels and had lunch at chic Delaire’s Indochine. Delicious and stylish!
A round trip to Cape of Good Hope, Simon’s Town, Boulders Beach and Cape to Cuba! On Boulders Beach we saw a lot of young pinguins, so May is a good period to visit that spot!
